There have been some reports of people having issues logging into their Gemnode accounts. The solution is to close the tab and clear your browser cache. The site is constantly being updated so you may be using an old code file or session data.
To clear cache for one specific site:
- Open the Website you want to clear in the cache
- Press Ctrl + F5
- Or use the Developer Tools by pressing F12. Once the chrome dev tools are open, just right click on the refresh button and a menu will drop down. This menu gives you the option of doing a hard refresh.
